This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel an order or request a refund. All purchases are one-time transactions — there are no subscriptions, recurring billing cycles, or auto-renewal charges.

2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process instead.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

The following items are not eligible for refunds unless defective:

  • Gift cards and store credits
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened or used health and hygiene products

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  2. We will provide a return authorization number and instructions.

  4. Include the return authorization number with your package.
  5. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including items that are returned after the 30-day window, items that show signs of use, or items that are missing parts not due to our error.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@culturecrushco.co with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days from our confirmation, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@culturecrushco.co.
