1. Return Window

Culture Crush Co, operated by Trend Fusion, accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Unopened and unused baby gear products
  • Clothing and accessories in original condition with tags attached
  • Nursery items in original packaging
  • Feeding accessories that are unopened and unused

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Gift cards and store credits
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Opened or used personal care and hygiene products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items without original packaging or missing components

4. How to Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@culturecrushco.co within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.
  4. Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging when possible.
  5. Include the RA number clearly on or inside the package.
  6. Ship the return to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131.
  7. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In cases of our error, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest possible delivery of your replacement item.

8. Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@culturecrushco.co with photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

9. Items Received as Gifts

Gift recipients may return items for store credit equal to the item’s purchase price. The refund will be issued as store credit to the recipient’s account. Original proof of purchase is helpful but not required for gift returns.
