1. Shipping Destinations
Culture Crush Co, operated by Trend Fusion, currently ships to addresses within the United States (including all 50 states, military addresses, and US territories), Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We are working to expand shipping to additional countries.
2. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.
- Flat Rate Shipping of $6.99 for orders under $50 within the United States.
- International Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account and navigating to Order History. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@culturecrushco.co. We cannot change addresses once an order has shipped.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@culturecrushco.co. We will work with the carrier to locate lost packages or arrange a replacement for damaged items.
8. Return Shipping Address
All returns must be sent to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. Please do not return items to our business office address. Use the return authorization provided by our support team.
9. Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We are unable to predict or control these charges.
